Koorana Child & Family Services is looking for a passionate, experienced Fundraising Manager on a permanent part-time basis 2-4 days per week.

About the Role?

This is an exciting opportunity to build fundraising capability within a well-established child and family organisation. The Fundraising Manager will be responsible for building and diversifying philanthropic income streams, developing and growing fundraising programs and initiatives, creating brand awareness, developing a strong strategic and tactical fundraising program and coordinating all aspects of the organisation’s fundraising initiatives including events.

 

Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Executive Leadership Team you will have demonstrated experience in successfully managing fundraising activities which have supported organisational growth.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for children’s and disability services.
  • Sound knowledge and demonstrated experience of fundraising, corporate partnerships, digital giving, volunteering and events.
  • Outstanding time management skills.
  • Extensive experience in all aspects of fundraising.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills used to develop, foster and manage relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • The ability to work autonomously and be efficient at problem solving.
  • A demonstrated ability to work in a culturally diverse community and build strong relationships.

Qualifications & Certifications

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and postgraduate qualifications or extensive experience relating to business/fundraising, and/or relevant equivalent experience.
  • Working with Children Check.
  • National Police Check.
  • Current Drivers licence and own car.
  • 2 x Covid-19 vaccination or have an approved medical contraindication certificate.
